This Agreement was last modified on July 28, 2020. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using https://eventplanningblueprint.com (“the Site”) operated by Event Planning Blueprint (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://eventplanningblueprint.com/ By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Event Planning Blueprint and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Termination We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you.

All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Links To Other Sites

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Event Planning Blueprint. Event Planning Blueprint has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. Limited License

Event Planning Blueprint grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Event Planning Blueprint, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of any third-party’s rights.

Warranty Disclaimer

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Event Planning Blueprint, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

the Site will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
any errors or defects will be corrected;
the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

any credit information you supply is true and complete,
charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company,
you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and
if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment. Promotional prices are non-transferable and not to be combined with any other offer.

Refund Policy

By purchasing any program, course, or template, you agree to our terms.

Within the original order date, excluding any foreign exchange fees or taxes incurred:

How to Be an Event Planner (formerly Event Academy) – 30-day refund policy.

Boost Your Event Business – We require that you send competed homework from the 1st two modules, to be eligible for a our 30-day refund policy. We require that you send your competed Perfect Client Exercise (Event Training / Module 4) and Value Proposition Exercise (Business Training / Module 2) as homework, to be eligible for a refund, within 30-days of purchase.

Boost Your Event Business Trial Offer of How to Be an Event Planner – no refund.

1:1 mentoring/coaching calls and Workshops – no refund.

All sales after the refund period are final. No exceptions.

The cancellation will be processed and funds for will be credited back to your same account.

If you do not notify Event Planning Blueprint during the refund period in the manner described herein, you agree that Event Planning Blueprint may construe silence as a full, complete and final acceptance of the terms of the sale of Event Planning Blueprint products and you will have no further right of redress or refund for any reason.

In addition, Event Planning Blueprint reserves the right to refuse a refund to anyone reasonably suspected by Event Planning Blueprint to have previously taken advantage of Event Planning Blueprint’s Money Back Guarantee on more than one occasion. Holds or deferring payment are not permitted for any other program.

Please note there are no exceptions to this policy.

If an important life event happens, you have lifetime access to the course and can review the materials at any time.

Mentorship Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our 1-on-1 private mentorship program, we have a strict no refunds policy.

If you have any questions or concerns about this, please email our team at info (at) eventplanningblueprint (dot) com and they will answer them for you.

Payment Plans

If you purchased a payment plan product, we will automatically re-bill your membership purchase 30 days from the date of your first order. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a new membership purchase each month for the duration of your payment plan.

The card you provided when you placed your initial order will be automatically charged the price of your monthly membership fee.

*This applies to monthly subscription products only and excludes one-time purchases.

Payment Defaults

Should you default on a payment, you’ll remain in the program for two (2) days until your payment is brought up-to-date. After two days, you’ll be removed from the program. To get access again, you must pay the full and remaining course balance.

Termination of Membership

How to Be an Event Planner course – After the 30-day refund period, respectively, cancellations are not permitted and you’re responsible for the full payment of the program purchased.

Your Content and Conduct

As an Event Planning Blueprint member you may submit content to the site, including photos and user comments. You shall be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on Event Planning Blueprint. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload, post or email content you submit.

You agree that content you upload, post or email to Event Planning Blueprint will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to upload, post or email the material and to grant Event Planning Blueprint all of the license rights granted herein.

Event Planning Blueprint does not endorse any content submitted to Event Planning Blueprint by any user or other licensor. Event Planning Blueprint does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the website and Event Planning Blueprint will remove all content if properly notified that such content infringes on another third party intellectual property rights.

You also affirm, represent, and warrant that your participation on this site and the content you upload, post or email does not relate to pornography, illegal activities of any kind, occult, hate, or racism.

You affirm, represent and warrant that you will not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any athlete, medical professional, government regulator or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

You agree that content you upload, post or email will not transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.

You agree that content you upload, print or email will not transmit any material that contains software viruses, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Event Planning Blueprint reserves the right to make the final decision regarding what is appropriate. Event Planning Blueprint further reserves the right to remove content or terminate your account without prior notice for a violation of this provision.
